The support fond of Āgenskalna Gymnasium was established in Riga, March 20th, 1996., registered in public organisation register on 22nf of April, 1996. The founders are 14 physics and one legal person - including - 11 of our school's graduates (year 1958., 1972.. 1973., 1976., 1977., 1982. And 1984.)

The support fond of Āgenskalna Gymnasium on 24th of August, 2004. was re-registered in Latvian Company Register as a foundation.

Since 14th of September, 2012. the fund's title is Riga State German Gymnasium's support fond.

For "Āgenskalna Gymnasium support fond" with the finance ministry's decision Nr.201 on 9th of June, 2005. has granted the status of a public benefit organization, where with VID 20th of September, 2012's decision No. 8.14-6/74675 amendments are made, replacing preceding title of the foundation with "Riga State German Gymnasium's support fond."
