Title: "Mobility of persons for learning purposes at the Riga State German Gymnasium in the school year 2023/24"

Achievable results:
Students:
- develop cognitive and social skills and improve communication skills in foreign languages in a multicultural environment;
- develop knowledge and skills that promote sustainable development and lifestyles, create awareness of cultural diversity and the contribution of culture to sustainable development and ensure sustainable consumption patterns;
- use the digital skills developed in the learning process and demonstrate a higher level of digital literacy;
- become aware of intercultural differences, see their value and learn how to use them to foster future cooperation between partner organisations or other organisations and broaden their career opportunities through intercultural experiences.
Teachers:
- gain experience and learn new, innovative methods and techniques by hosting and delivering lessons in partner organisations;
- develop digital competences to make learning with IT more meaningful and effective, e.g. by learning to use learning platforms, etc;
- collect examples of good practice from international events;
- publish their experiences on the school website and disseminate them outside their organisation;
- organise workshops, seminars or learning groups to share lessons learned and practical tips with colleagues within and outside the institution.
